At Medical Plastic Devices, we offer a range of core services. These include features like full QA inspections, measurement reports, validations, product certification, and others as required.
- Medical Plastic Devices started out as a custom injection molder for the medical devices and pharmaceutical industries. We have since built a reputation for high-quality molding and excellent customer satisfaction. Many of the parts we produce have particular molding challenges and very stringent specifications.
- MPD’s custom sealing department uses RF sealing equipment to make products from various plastic films such as PVC. Current products include various medical bags, with and without ports and tubes, and covers for surgical devices to name a few.
- Adding value to our customers branding image, MPD has designed a Private Label Lancet Program to meet individual customer needs. We can design your lancet box to specific requirements, have them printed and then shipped as required.
- With many years experience in the medical devices field, our Engineering staff knows what it takes to make a success of a medical project. Requirements for quality, regulatory affairs, minimized cost, safety and effectiveness are all taken into account from the earliest design stage.
In addition to these, we also provide all the peripheral services required to meet the needs of our customers. These include assembly, testing, packaging, sterilization, part re-design, mold design, consulting, and many others. If we can't do it all in-house, we will evaluate and manage the sub-contractors and suppliers to the satisfaction of our customers.
