Dedicated quality assurance personnel oversee all aspects of product inspection ensuring that production meets customer and MPD specifications. The Quality Assurance Manager is also involved in the validation of any new mold or die that is used in the facility, ensuring that it meets all requirements before it is approved for full production status.
Our exceptionally skilled team of Account Managers handles pharmacy and distributor business in the US and Canada and our Customer Service department is efficient at handling day-to-day customer inquiries. On-going training and development of professional and personal skills contributes to our Sales and Customer Service team proficiency.
Our highly experienced Private Label and International Sales staff have developed Private Label solutions with some of the largest companies in North America and established new lancet markets in countries all over the world. Again, on going training in this department, of professional and personal skills, offer our customers the highest level of competency in their dealings with MPD.
Our extremely knowledgeable Engineering sales is at your disposal providing expertise in contract sales. We guarantee your project goals are always at the forefront, from collaboration on your early product design through to the establishment of a production and quality plan, our Contract Manufacturing Sales Team is working for you.
Our toolmakers are highly experienced in machining, building and maintaining molds and dies, as well as working with production machinery. Their responsibilities include adherence to a pre-established mold and equipment maintenance schedule as defined by our Quality Assurance Program. They perform all incoming mold inspections, install and optimize all new molds and ensure that they function according to specifications. While we do not perform major mold overhaul on site, we will make the decisions required to have service work carried out at quality tooling shops carefully selected for the specific job. When commissioning new molds, we take a very “hands on” approach to the design and manufacture in order to ensure superior molding and tool life.
All shifts are staffed with an experienced shift leader. Shift leaders monitor production on an ongoing basis against established MPD and/or customer specifications, as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager, and are well trained in product inspections and manufacturing techniques. Employees are trained in product inspection, quality systems and procedures. All cleanroom employees are additionally given annual training in a variety of disciplines.
